Welcome to Adrenl (adrenl.com). By accessing our website and buying our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Limited drops & specifications

Adrenl produces high-quality, defense-inspired heavyweight 220 GSM combed cotton garments manufactured in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India. Our products are released in limited quantity runs ("Drops"). Due to the limited nature of these runs, items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and stock is not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & payments

All prices listed on adrenl.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing or details of any product without prior notice. Payments must be made in full through our integrated secure payment gateways before shipment.

4. Shipping & logistics

We process and ship orders across India. Shipping timelines and fees will be calculated and visible during checkout. While we endeavor to meet estimated delivery times, logistics delays beyond our reasonable control may occur. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets including designs, product photography, artwork, logos, text, and code featured on adrenl.com are the exclusive property of Adrenl. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, or commercially exploiting any material from this site without our explicit prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Adrenl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
